What Our Girls Say
I am a Year 11 student at Ricards Lodge High School for girls. I am a deaf student with cochlear implants in both ears. I am very proud to be a student here.
All the support from my teachers, teaching assistants and my peers has made me more confident in my learning. I have achieved so much and received awards for some of my achievements such as, Jack Petchey and being part of the Model United Nations (MUN).
Ricards Lodge has a lot to offer, it is a safe environment for everyone, including those with special educational needs like myself. It also accepts you for who you are. I am growing with more confidence and learning about the world around me.
Our school values are Trust, Equality, Aspiration and Resilience, which stand true. I am honoured to be one of the next generation of young women representing these values.
So I am saying thank you to all that have made my learning experiences inspirational.
