    Being a member of the Junior Leadership Team is such a huge honour for me. It reflects the incredible journey I've had from Year 7 to now, as Assistant Head Girl in Year 11. If I had asked my Year 7 self whether I could ever take on such a significant leadership role, I would have said no. However, thanks to the support of my friends and teachers, I've gained confidence and found my voice.

    When I first joined Ricards Lodge, I was really nervous. I worried that I wouldn’t fit in or that people might judge me. For the first week, my nerves made me feel unsure and out of place. However, I soon realized that Ricards Lodge is an incredibly friendly and welcoming school. The people here were kind, open, and always happy to help.

Joining the JLT was a goal I had set for myself once I reached Year 10, so I am elated to finally be part of a team that works tirelessly to improve our school and make it an incredible experience for everyone.
