Drop Down Day

The goal of drop-down day is for students to learn and grow outside of the classroom.

A break from the normal curriculum can provide students with the opportunity to engage in a variety of pastoral and subject-based activities that can enhance their learning and personal development.

Pastoral activities can help students build relationships with their peers and teachers, develop their social and emotional skills, and learn about their own strengths and interests.

Subject-based activities can allow students to explore different subjects in more depth, develop their practical skills, and connect their learning to the real world. These activities can also help students to identify their strengths and interests, and to develop their career aspirations.

Here are just some examples of the types of activities our students have been able to enjoy over the last few years.

  • Interfaith Trips & Discussions
  • Stop Frame Animation
  • Hampton Court Palace
  • Dance Classes at BASE

  • Kew Gardens
